I lead engineering teams and still write code myself: React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS. 14 years of shipping production systems, mostly in healthcare and finance.
I work from the first idea through to production: deciding what to build, making the trade-offs, shipping it, and keeping it running afterwards. I like simple solutions and will argue for them until the problem really needs something bigger.

Provet patient portal
A booking portal for vet clinics, started from an empty repo. It now takes 21,000+ bookings a week and users rate it 4.6/5. I built it and I still run it: requirements, AWS setup, CI/CD and monitoring.
