I lead engineering teams and still write code myself: React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS. 14 years of shipping production systems, mostly in healthcare and finance.
I work from the first idea through to production: deciding what to build, making the trade-offs, shipping it, and keeping it running afterwards. I like simple solutions and will argue for them until the problem really needs something bigger.

Provet patient portal
A new booking portal for vet clinics, built by the team I lead. Most clinics moved across from our older product, and it now takes 21,000+ bookings a week with a 4.6/5 rating from users. I set up the AWS infrastructure, CI/CD and monitoring, and still keep them running.

My own ERP, built and still run by me alone. In daily use since 2017, with €13M+ invoiced through it. I wrote the first version about ten years ago, and it shows: the architecture and the security practices are not what I'd build or accept today.
